I find it easy to use, I appreciate that there is a human to check and make sure that I did things correctly, that there's someone to talk to or talk me through things if I need it, that the service is reasonably priced, that getting a refund or paying taxes is easy. Really a great tool and a great service.

I am put off a little by all the extra services they continue to try to sell you thought the process. Just be careful what you select and if you really need the services.
