Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank Heavens for Nancy C EA! Saved my sanity! I was doing my taxes but ran into an 8949/1099 B that was an inheritance. It came up as taxable income! I couldn't do it alone. So I called an expert and for more than an hour Nancy C EA, walked me through all the forms and drop down lists! Honestly I was really freaking out thinking I would have to pay for the inheritance. First we chatted, then she took control of my laptop to help me. Then She called me and we continued to work through it ALL together. She kept telling me not to rush or feel rushed. She calmed me down considerably! I honestly wouldn't have made it through this year's filing without her knowledgeable, kind, and patient help! I really lucked out getting her on the live assistance program! She knew so much about the forms and how to pull them up, how to fill them out and we went back to review them a few times to make sure it was all correct. If you give bonuses for outstanding calm and heroic knowledge for exceptionally frustrated clients, please give her a gold medal and a monetary award! Truly Nancy C. earned every bit of it! She explained 1099 Rs and 1098s and 8949s and how they all interconnect. I was too frazzled to read the directions and wouldn't have understood if I had read them several times. She answered my questions! She answered MY questions and explained the parts that were not written in the directions! I feel so much more calm, my BP must be lower because she actually helped me finish the returns and allowed me to understand how it works! Thanks to Nancy C., I am a permanent Turbo Tax client! And even though this is my 8th year doing taxes with you, this is when I needed the EXPERT HELP the most!! Please understand from a client's point of view how much of a safety net and patient, knowledgeable guide she was for me. I don't understand all the details of taxes. I NEEDED the kind of help Nancy provided for me today!.
