Rated 2 out of 5 by from Annoying Emails Turbo Tax is pretty easy to use to file taxes but the amount of email they send is crazy and it happens all year long. Now they asked me to set up a Credit Karma account for which I had to agree to them sending me more advertising. The problem is that the account could not be set up. I kept seeing messages that said "oops, something went wrong contact our customer service team" or "please try again later." Their is no customer service team, just a help site that is not helpful as the solutions they offered didn't solve to problem nor did it give me the option to try a different solution. Now it looks like I have an account with Credit Karma but no bank account and no $100 as they offered but I have already started getting spam. Do your inbox a favor and skip this option.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Old Reliable As usual, the process was very thorough and I continue to be happy with TT. I ran into a problem on a weekend and the TT helper could have been better. Suspecting that I hadn't talked to the right person I called back Monday morning and got a wonderful, helpful and patient customer service rep. (my rating would have been 5 star if she had helped the first time I called) I have recommended TT in the past and will continue to highly recommend in the future. Good job TT!
