Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comprehensive but not very user-friendly I like thoroughness of TurboTax and that it covers various scenarios, but for some reason sometimes I face an issue at the very end of the whole process that refers to a piece of information I should have enter somewhere in previous steps, and I did not see the page or place to enter that information when I was completing that step!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always easy to use Took me about 40 min to file a straight return with 2 income forms & no assets, investments or any other complications. Not happy that they charge now, but I guess I'll pay for the ease of filing!
