Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the easiest way to file Helpful popups and guidance throughout the process make filing easy and less stressful trying to figure things out on your own. The cost is also much less expensive than using a CPA. Recommended for easy 1040-A filers

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never working with turbotax again!!!!!!! Engaged with a turbo tax expert who seemed extremely rushed and uninterested in helping my experience. I had never done the type of form I had this year and had questions, some of which were not answered. On top of this, I had to fill out a specific form requiring me to pay in on my taxes, and it required the most expensive way to file. Plus, after providing all information, it would have made me delete my state forms if I did not pay an extra fifty dollars. Then the button to select "take from my tax returns" did not work, and I had to charge the cost to my credit card. These fees and the terrible assistance apparently worth $138, brought my return to less than $100 coming back.
