Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier and Easier Each Year! Been using Turbo Tax Deluxe going on my 28th year. Each year it gets easier and easier as the program can transfer information from the previous year. This year it only took me 32 minutes from start to filing both federal and state! Highly recommend for all levels of tax experience. Even have my grown kids using it, this is the first year my youngest has to file and tool less than 10 minutes total - took her more time to find all of her paperwork than to actually enter in all the data! I LOVE TURBOTAX!!!!! Thank you!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use and usually flawless The app worked as usual this year, until after I'd paid and clicked to file my taxes. I got a message: The IRS has not yet issued a form you need, so you'll have to wait to file. [I'm paraphrasing]. I waited a couple days, came back and was stopped by the same message. I clicked around, but couldn't make progress. So, I requested to "speak to a person" in the chat, and got connected to Maya. With a bit of hunting, we found the issue, fixed it. And filing worked. Otherwise, 5 stars
