Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used H&R Block for years, and turbotax is better I made the switch to turbotax because I was having problems with H&R Block. I used them for years, and I ran into a problem with year with my taxes. Their customer support was awful and did not understand the problem I was having. I did NOT run into a problem with turbotax. This service is far superior.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax I have used Turbotax for 8 years and find it easy to use. This year I had troubles as the Fed refund amount changed when I started my state forms. Found out that my Fed deductions were changing. Looks like my home interest deduction changed after the Fed review with no explanation. I tried to call for support, but no tech support only tax advice support that must be purchased. VERY frustrating. Finally got it figured out and filed
