Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy I used TurboTax Live and it was very easy and simple. I had a great expert, Paul made it very easy for me. He kept in touch and went through everything thoroughly. Explained everything and made sure I understood everything. He was great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Military enlisted free was not Free My assumption was that Turbo Tax was going to make my tax return free, based off of their advertisement; however, this was not the case. I had to pay $140 for services that I didn't use. I'm not sure if I entered something incorrectly, but other tax services see my EIN and automatically make it free.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had to call for the pass 3 years I had to call for the last 3 years because when I go to pay for my state filing refund the system locks up. Then I call so I may pay for the filing and sometimes it is like deer in the headlights. No idea what I am talking about or I get the phone run around

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible this year... Updater/Download Problems Spent hours on the phone and working on Updater/Download Problems. Marc, the agent was great. Thought it was fixed after hours on the phone, went to efile (FINALLY) and got in a continuous loop that it needed to be UPDATED before I could efile. I have paid for efile for both Fed and State and will probably just have to mail the forms in...refuses to do that last "<1 minute" update and therefore will now allow me to efile
