Rated 4 out of 5 by from Personal Income Tax Filing Made Easy I'm actually a CPA and I work in the corporate tax sphere for a living. I actively avoid personal income tax work if I can, but I can't avoid filing my own taxes. TurboTax normally makes filing very easy (although writing a check to the IRS is always difficult). I did have interact with Natasha via the chat feature...I experienced a brief glitch with the software this year...unsure if it was user error on my part or if I just didn't have an input in the correct space...regardless, I reported the issue to Natasha and she handled it graciously. The glitch seemed to right itself, so no harm, no foul. All in all, a good tax filing year.
