Rated 5 out of 5 by from very efficient process I waited more time to receive my w-2's than it took me to complete my federal & state returns. It helps that TT keeps previous info - filing status, dependents status, etc - so time is saved from having to do all that as well. I requested a call-back to ensure I was doing 1 section correctly.. the guy who helped me was helpful & stayed on the phone with me to ensure the remaining parts in that section were on point. My only critique is that as a military veteran, I have to pay (this year) $117 for the fed & state filings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is well worth the price I have used Turbo Tax for years. Doing my taxes on my own is daunting, and having someone else do it is expensive, but doing it with Turbo Tax is a happy medium. Their intuitive experience makes me confident I'm doing things right, and if I have questions, I can always shell out a little extra for expert help. Being able to efile and get my refund through direct deposit makes things so much easier as well. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Once Again I found a bug in Turbo Tax On the whole Turbo Tax correctly calculated my taxes. The large button format is annoying (to me). Out of curiosity I entered my detailed medical expenses but found that Turbo Tax wouldn't add them up as it had in prior years. A very odd error. I was on the phone with a help desk analyst and she could not explain why Turbo Tax wouldn't do the math.
