Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lots of bugs in 2020 I've been using Turbotax for a decade and while it copies personal info over from previous years, this year it kept asking me "did you file a return last year" and other equally inane questions. I also had to correct things that it transferred incorrectly from Federal to State. I had to correct a lot of things in the final review too, like charity addresses that it transferred but garbled (like creating a random nonexistent ZIP code).
