Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is user friendly! Turbo tax is very user friendly. I usually do not need to speak to an expert but this time I did. I spoke with Ernest. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I loved how easy it was to work with him.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax payment option issue Two payment options. 1. Credit card 2. Pay with refund. However, if I don't have a credit card with U.S billing address, I cannot use Turbotax online any more. Can we add another option such as Paypal or credit card issued in foreign country so that Expats without U.S. billing address still can use Turbotax online??

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lots of Problems This Year, watch the software Had problems and called the rep who I was with for lmost an hour and he phone wasn;t getting good service. She gave me bad information that I couldn;t get a $400 dollar deduction which was incorrect, and then when she told me I needed to delete my whoe return and start over in order to get to add the form again hen really it was just clicking a different option on home energy credits which had terrible wording in the first place so not all her fault. Filing State it didn't direct me to the correct place for a correction in the W2 for the employer number it pulled in incorrectly. I was almost ready to go through the annoyance of filing by when I finally figured it out, no thanks to the software. Also why did I fill in my wife's work from home office info after it looked like her job didn't qualify?
