Recently, it has developed a few quirks that need getting used to. Overall, it is still a fairly good way to file taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You made me pay for deluxe because of 14$ I had a 14$ retirement credit that I coudltn even choose not to receive, and thusly to accurately file my taxes I was forced into paying the fee for TurboTax deluxe, gaining me no other benefit but reducing my already meager return You could just give us a pass on the fee for something like that but you don't Not cool

I've been using Turbo Tax for years now and never have I ever have this many system issues using it it took over 6 hours to complete my taxes 6 hours due to the system constantly freezing and it was my internet coneection all my background applications were working fine, it's tax season an online provider should know better than to have these type of issues, I may have to go sit at a desk next year with the fees I paid and time spent it would have been worth it!
