Rated 1 out of 5 by from Literally exhausting My taxes kept getting rejected so I tried the live help three times and all of them said the same thing, walked me through it the same way, and my taxes still got rejected for the same reason every time, next year I'm just going to my local tax agency because they charge just as much and I'm sure the quality will be higher as long as they don't get rejected 3 times in a row

Rated 1 out of 5 by from All the Fees This service was so nice until all the fees at the end. 39.00 for Federal and 39.00 for State and another 39.00 because i want the fees to come out of my Federal. This country is becoming crazy with the increase on everything we do now. Turbo Tax use to be free. We are force to do taxes or there is a penalty if we don't. Fees Fees fees good lord!! Food going up, taxes going up, housing going up, jobs are not paying enough, when can the working class people get a break. Third World Country Here We Come... yes I'm venting.
