Rated 5 out of 5 by from Navigation is amazing! Navigating through the system and forms are very beginner friendly. As well as if at any point you don't understand the easy access information to break down the question is right there. Also along with a live Turbo Tax Rep when needed.

The agent helping me didn’t give very detailed instructions she just pointed to areas on the page she wanted me to select but didn’t tell me she wanted me to select them or what she wanted me to do with them. Once I finally figured it out she just sat there for several minutes not showing me anything or giving any indication she was even still there unless I tried to figure it or myself then she would tell me to slow down ( I waited several minutes for her instructions with no response) and let her help me but then just silence with no instructions. I finally just ended the chat and figured it out myself. Definitely not worth the extra money I payed to have help. I did request live help for another question and was certain it was just a bot giving vague general answers to my question with no specific actual help or advice in regards to my inquiry. I’m sure I could have had other deductions and write offs had it been really live agent help that was advertised due the extra money I paid. I willl definitely not pay anything extra for that type of bare minimum “assistance “ in the future that part was a total scam and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else get tricked into that empty promise keep your money and just pay for the cheaper edition it’s pretty much the same thing
