Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing Customer service is great. But the actual turbo tax confused me. I used it last year and it was free this year it wasn't (which was fine but it didn't give me specifics on why it wasn't). I walked away for a day to come back with fresh eyes and it switched me into the self-employed version. I'm not self-employed by any means. I was on the phone with customer service for an hour. David, my customer rep, was great! But even they couldn't figure out what happened.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Glitches! I always use TurboTax to file my taxes. I used the Home & Business one this year. I had to request a refund because the link I received would not let me begin my taxes and then the package that I bought would not let me transmit my returns after I completed them. The free state tax that came with the package would not download either. I had to mail it in and completed the state return online.
