The live agent (Robin) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered my question and more. First time I used the live agent and wished I called other times as well.

It was my first time using it and even though I have very simple taxes, I was so happy to see how easy it was because I am not computer savvy at all. Which shows that pretty much anyone can use it. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2022 Tax Return Program is easy to use. However, the tax number calculated did not appear to be correct compared to my initial hand calculation estimate. It seemed to be ultimately about $135 too high compared to my calculations. I'll wait and see.
