Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was easy, very comprehensive. I was leery about using this as an accountant has always prepared my taxes. I found it to be very user friendly, very versatile to my particular situation, and extremely helpful for finding information, deductions, etc. I would use it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax was good but not great When I reached the "download and Print Your Return" step, you servers were overloaded and the download never completed. My computer just hung with no response from TT. Tried 3 times, same result. Waited 2 days and download/print worked just fine. Very frustrating. Otherwise Helen in New York was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. Please give her a 5 star rating (excellent) for on-screen help and advice.
