Rated 4 out of 5 by from Crystal is awesome!! I went through 3 different agents before crystal showed me directly where to go in 3 minutes and completed my e-file. I think the others might have been knowledgeable, however, they might not have the technology background to do the whole "live chat" thing.

No way I enjoy Turbo tax it makes my life much easier and le expensive, however this year there is a $40 additional fee to have our payment deducted from your federal refund and that is not cool or disclosed in the beginning. Not cool turbo. I have sued you for year now I may go back to paper and mailing in.
