Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbotax works, but they keep raising charges I've used turbotax for four years now, in the past the program was very easy to use and relatively cheap to file taxes. Now, I'm being charged 3x as much for nothing more than I've used in the previous years. Next year I'm going to a professional in my area, it will be the same price or maybe even cheaper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax was very frustrating to use. It was hard to know where you were with inputs to the forms. I had to go back several times to understand where the input was going and the effect it had. It needs to be more transparent for tracking beyond or behind the input screens. The notes were not useful, as I had to source outside tax info for clarification. I have used Turbotax for over 10 years. Previously it was very straightforward. I will consider using another product next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We will be customers forever! I recently had to amend my taxes for this last year. I was really worried that I wouldn't know what I was doing. This was quick and easy. It took less than 10 minutes and I was able to set when the IRS deducts from me.
