Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Amazing I have used TurboTax for the last few years and when I tell you it’s the “Best”, and I am definitely committed to using it forever. It’s very easy and convenient to use, if you get stuck or a little confused while using it, the Chat is ready and waiting for you to help as well as the Live Agent to guide you through your tax process. I am always looking forward to using TurboTax every year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had a lot of issues filing I had a lot of small issues that made filing take extremely long for no reason but the women who I spoke with on the phone with live help on 2/12 was amazing. She helped me find my error thank God because it was big.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great I enjoy the ease of Turbo tax. But I have to say the cost is really expensive anymore. I used to be able to do my taxes for $40.00 with Turbo Tax. Times are hard all around right now with the pandemic and everything. It would be nice to see the prices come down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super simple I've filed my taxes on my own with TurboTax for 3 years. I made the mistake of going one year to a taxpayer and instantly regretted it. TurboTax is super simple and such a great help for when you're not sure. I have zero issues with my return when I've done it with TurboTax and that is why I'm back.
