Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good But Could Be Better We liked having someone you could talk to answer our questions which is why we purchased this version of Turbo Tax. We have used Turbo Tax for previous years and this one would not download our information which meant we had to put all personal info in again. It also did not download our bank information.

On their help page someone stated it was a glitch in their software and that they refused to fix it, but was told to manually go in and change the rate to $1 since 0 isnt valid in that box. Been using them for years, but if you were told you had an issue why not fix it?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wasn't entitled t o e-file i had trouble e-filing my taxes . the taxes expert help and guided me to were i need to go and showed me where to go to get my paperwork done to i can submit my taxes
