It is simple, straight-forward, and offers great explanations and info whenever I am not sure (or just curious) about something. It takes the stress out of something that is usually stress-inducing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So helpful I have a couple small businesses. One of them started this year. TurboTax made startup expenses and misc expense entries very simple. It also revealed a few deductions I didn't realize we were entitled to.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from expensive Almost from the start of getting my taxes done, I kept getting told that I needed to "upgrade" to continue my taxes! I started out with the simple $40 choice and ended up paying $206.72! What a rip off! I just wanted to get my taxes filed! I did not need an expert, a long form, nor identity monitoring from "business partners" but had to purchase these things just to get it done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super friendly and knowledgeable I had a question along the way and received a call right away and the CPA was friendly and walked me through everything and not only that but saw an incorrect stimulus amount and got me even more of a refund. I'm very happy with the help I received.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I trust TurboTax I prefer TurboTax, I've been using TurboTax for several years and I no longer have to pay someone to do my taxes. It is easy to follow, all you do is answer the questions and input the numbers. If I can do it anyone can do it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leads you to believe it is free. I spent almost 3 hours trying to use the free version just to find out that it is not free. I had to pay $120 total to file federal and state all because I had an HSA with only employer contributions. I am not getting much back to begin with and then this. I also could not get the websites between the free and the "free" deluxe version and it made me restart multiple times. Very misleading. I will be using H&R Block or another service going forward.
