Rated 1 out of 5 by from Adding sneaky fees I thought they were changing my standard version for the deluxe or whatever one it was called. Next thing I know, I've been charged for a standard and a deluxe plus other crap I didn't notice for a total of $117 when I usually pay around $30. On top of it, it's impossible to get to anyone to ask for a refund. All that so my refund ends up being a quarter of what it's always been.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax This is the fifth year I've used TurboTax. With each year, it seems to get easier to use and more "friendly." The explanations are easy to understand for someone who is as unfamiliar with tax law and regulations as I am. I'm glad there are people out there who like creating this stuff, because they make life easier for me. I previously had an accountant prepare my taxes, but when I realized all he was using was a somewhat more sophisticated version of Turbo Tax, I decided I could do it and save money,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy and worth their small fee I used a company last year and their fees took most of my return. This year I filled myself with TurboTax and it was easy and the fees were so reasonable.
