Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is fine LIVE agent was Fantastic!! My live agent was so patient and helpful. Never rushed me once and went through my returns with me several times because my state taxes are so confusing even though I’m just a single person filing with low income. I feel at ease and assured that my return is correct. Excellent customer service. 11/10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from review this is my 2nd time around using turbotax and i still feel the same as the first. i wish i would have known about it sooner. no extra fees taken out. you get your full return , you can even receive help from agents 24/7 through chat, phone calls, video chat (they cant see you) but you see them. overall basically my experience was amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great but getting expensive I have used turbo tax for many years and absolutly love it. It is really easy to use and I don't have to keep putting in my info every year. Only complaint i have is it is getting pretty expensive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Software is Superb, Cost is Criminal The web-based software is user-friendly and convenient, but the cost to file through TurboTax is utterly criminal. I'd gladly pay $20 or even $50, but anything beyond that is just excessive. Cost should be income-based or return-based.
