Rated 5 out of 5 by from how easy was that?!?!?!? We paid 1400.00 to a firm to file our taxes and barely got anything back. TurboTax walked us through every step and found errors for us to fix. We could walk away and come back later if needed. **One negative thing was the Chat Assistant. That sucked. But when we asked for a phone call, Linda was awesome and helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good but needs a little work on the flow I've used Turbo Tax for the last 3 years and find it to be pretty good. I previously H&R Block software or filed by paper or electronically through the state website. TurboTax is thorough and great with answering questions. Improvements - the flow is clunky and hard to circle back to single parts. I usually sit down and put in info piece by piece and having to circle back through parts I have already done gets confusing. Some answers to questions are vague or worded strangely. Still will continue to use and think its easier than other especially with self-employment taxes.
