Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Had a bug while filing. Called customer support, who spent 40 minutes between two people being absolutely unhelpful. They eventually gave up and told me to search the turbotax forum, to delete my cookies when it was clearly an issue within their software, and finally, to re-do my entire filing. I found the solution while they were on the phone and remotely operating my computer. I use this software once a year so I was hoping to receive help from someone more familiar with it but obviously that was not the case.
