Rated 4 out of 5 by from Printing issues When I started I thought I was finished after I loaded my info. Then It said I had to print some papers. I didn't have access to a printer so my returns were rejected. Eventually, I found a way to get the form printed but I am now 3-4 weeks late. I am not sure I will use this next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Deluxe I have used TurboTax for a number of years. I buy my CD at CostCo. I load it on my computer & it needs the internet to check for updates. I then want to use last years tax info of personal data because nothing has changed. Somewhere in this process things go south. I always have to call TurboTax & get help. This year, 2022, the same thing, but it appears to have all worked out anyways. I bought the CD at CostCo. I believe I did my taxes online because I ended up getting a confirming email about purchasing TurboTax Online as well as paying for my California State filing. I do not mind the billing as long as my 2022 Federal & State taxes are done - Thank God!
