Rated 5 out of 5 by from COULDN'T IMAGINE DOING MY TAXES WITHOUT TURBOTAX Tax time is stressful ! I almost went to have the federal taxes done but figured I'd go ahead and do them. This is the first time I owed the Feds and the State. : ( Next year should be better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Love using TurboTax I have used Turbo Tax for years. It is so easy to use, it tells you exactly what you need and where it needs to go. I have recommended to my children to use it now that they are on their own, which they have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very thorough It was good, but wish they would take away state income tax questions for states that do not have it, such as TN. It should ask "do you have a state income tax" & not keep insisting the customer go back to it.

This year, for whatever reason, I had difficulty getting the information into your system when it came to interest and dividend income. Couldn't seem to get passed it. When I reached out for help and did a chat, she wasn't able to help me. The rep tried to work on my computer remotely and that didn't work. After 20 minutes of getting nowhere, I shut down and waited a couple of days. Once I signed back in, the information was already entered, which I had hoped would be the case since I downloaded the document. Other than that, I had a pretty good experience, considering I know little about filing or tax laws.
