It's so easy to use and there are always links to click on that further explain things when you don't quite understand them fully. I don't know what I would do without TurboTax. Being a single mom, it has saved me from the headache of doing my taxes each year! Not to mention being able to pay the fees and desired add-on costs using the money from your tax return (if applicable.) That is a HUGE plus for me!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Found several glitches in software (I think). I had to uploading info over 10 times and still encountered problem with 1099-NEC. Today, on Feb. 21th three experts helped me from 8:45 AM through 1:45 PM without break. All three of them - Linda, Wendolyn and Julio - did a wonderful job. After several attempts, Julio was able to make it work trough submission. This is the first time I had to spend over 4 days to file using Turbo online system and then upgraded to next level for help, and still on computer for about 5 hours continuously. For the time and effort I put in and obtaining Turbo experts' help, it would have been better to hire someone to do it. HOPE THINGS WILL GET BETTER FOR NEXT YEAR.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, Easy, Maximum Benefit I've been using TurboTax for 5 years now and haven't ever had trouble filing my taxes. The questions are easy to understand and everything is laid out in front of you in the simplest terms, making filing incredibly easy and even faster. Any issues with returns are brought to your attention before even finishing filing, with simple instructions on how to get any information you may be missing. I love feeling in control over over my money as well as why, and where my money is being used.
