Rated 1 out of 5 by from State return rejected no fix available. Told state e-file rejected states it will walk me through to fix but it doesn't gives a meaningless code number. System keeps trying to tack on extra charges for services not wanted or needed.

Have needed help understanding something several times while filing and there is always help available to walk me through whatever it is, even over the phone where you can actually talk to and see a real person! Don't ever change!

Is only a necessity because they lobby the government to keep the tax filing process as obscure and complicated as legally allowed when we could very easily be using the same system the rest of the world uses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Deluxe I got stuck filing my state tax thru Turbo Tax because I had a credit from getting my Tax from a discount store. The agent I spoke with was excellent, patient and very helpful in getting me to complete the process.
