Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbotax business needs lot of improvement I've had a terrible experience with turbo tax business. On Feb 9 turbotax update failed and help desk agent was unable to get updates installed, after foing thru all of the suggested steps at his disposal (case number 1512666240). After that failure I uninstalled and reinstalled turbotax and updates were successful. Today, Feb 15 when I opened turbotax again updates were unsuccessful and I had to again uninstall and reinstall turbotax to be able to continue. I have used turbotax for several years and never had this problem before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was and easy step by step! I was a little bit nervous doing my own taxes, but this was way easier then expected. I used the live agent help when I had a question and was able to see their face. They walked me through it and it was great.
