Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprise charge tacked on the end Great walk through tax filing help, however, I chose the $30 extra help fee for the protections it offered, what I didn’t know was that there was also a $40 direct deposit fee. No advanced warning on that $40 fee so $70 was deducted from my federal refund. I went ahead with it because next year’s filing will be a headache.
