Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live Help When You Need it Questions can be answered almost instantaneously, try that with IRS.Gov you can be on hold for hours and then not get an answer. Log in and pick up where you left off is a great feature.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was awful Turbo tax this year was just terrible. Since when do they force you to pay for TurboTax. Every other year I’ve filed through them it was free. They also keep saying my returns are perfect but then the irs rejects them. Makes no sense. Let me fix the problem.
