Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy Have used TurboTax for the past 8 years. East to follow format. Anticipates questions you may have with informational boxes. This year I had a question and used the chat feature to talk with a specialist. They were well informed and knew just where I could find my answer. Turbo Tax makes filing taxes a painless experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service and tool all in all Website interface was easy to use. I selected the 90 dollar deluxe version (not full service) and our first rep, Jon was amazing! He was the most patient. Lacey was really nice as well but was unsure on couple of questions I had for her. Last but not least, Sterling resolved my issue and answered all my questions, but I could sense slight impatience when speaking to him. Nonetheless, all of them helped me and I was able to file. Total cost coming up to 180.00. 90 for the deluxe package, 50 for state, and 40 for the additional processing fee.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Been using it for years My husband and I used to go to a tax preparer for our taxes. But one year, I decided to use Turbo Tax online and have been using them ever since. It's so easy to use and I'm getting the same results and paying way less that than if I'd gone to a tax preparer.
