Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as simple as I thought There was an issue with a 1099R that only came up after I had paid for filing that I didn't know how to correct. A phone call to your help line provided me with the information that I needed to upgrade to a more expensive level to get an answer and I could not be refunded the money that I had just paid to file my return! Luckily we were able to figure out the issue and go ahead and file.
