This is the first year I have not used live help, but I would not have felt comfortable with this if it had not been for the help I've received with prior returns. I'm a retired pastor, and thought for decades that only a CPA with specialized knowledge could do my returns. I wish now that I had used TurboTax all along, and would highly recommend it to pastors/ministers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years and absolutely love it! It's comprehensive, yet easy to use, and the feature that converts information from prior years makes you so much more comfortable that you've covered everything needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall worked well Have used Turbo Tax for years. Usually no problems. BUT encountered an income download problem. NOT able to easily delete the incorrect information, nor was there an easy method to delete the incorrect uncompleted tax return. Took a long time to make sure all entries and underlying worksheets were "zeroed" out. There should be a tool somewhere in the desktop version to start over or clear all when necessary. If there is a tax tool, it is well hidden.
