I was able to answer these extra questions and spots with your explanations. The explanations are why I use turbo tax every year. Instead of going to a tax person for cheap, use this app and they will be there 24/7 to help and answer questions. And if your return is rejected or audited… turbotax will be there instantly!!! And TurboTax will tell you what went wrong or why you’re being audited. I was rejected and TurboTax solved it so fast I got my return the day after it was rejected.

The reps with TurboTax are very helpful, and thorough to aid with the IRSs' infamous shortcomings. I am very pleased with Turbotax since I started filing taxes in 2015.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have to wonder about Turbo Tax Well considering for the previous 2 years I have had my identity stolen and once I look back at my tax returns I cant find my 2020 that was done by Turbo Tax and theres information I never signed up for like the credit karma thing. I use my bank account so why would I use a pre paid card. I never agreed to releasing my information either. Hopefully its finally over. I just filed this years taxes and Im praying and begging God to not let my family go thru a 3rd year of this nightmare. I promised my sons since they were born that we celebrate there birthdays when we get are tax return for the year. I owe them 2 birthdays so far. But besides that issue, Turbo Tax is great, easy to use. Everything is explained nicely. I will continue to use Turbo Tax. Hopefullly I will be able to find my 2020 tax return.
