Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awful! This year TurboTax has added numerous hidden fees and constantly puts me on track to pay for services/packages I don't need or want. My father is using the same package and is paying $15 less and I don't even know why.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complicated, and not free It wouldn't let me file for free, even though I only made $8000 and just had one simple w2. It wouldn't let me delete returns from last year that I didn't need. And because of the forms that it wouldn't let me delete, I had to print and file by hand anyway. It was a waste of time and money for me. I hope it gets better in the future.

I figure if I pay for the service I should be able to ask several questions at one time. If I start out telling you that I have several questions don't ask me if there is anything else I can help you with. Your response should be what other questions do you have since you mentioned you have several questions.
