I normally like your service each year (5 Stars) but this year I was informed I needed to upgrade from Pro to Premier because I had one very simple form to add (1099-B) It was a simple one unit sale of a company RSU. I paid $30 extra dollars for something so simple. I'm not happy about it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Added on fees Taxes are supposed to be a free filing service but somehow you guys not only hid it from your customers but found a way to still add on fees in order for taxes to be filed. It is not a free service and after using you all since 2009 I will never use your services again

It is extremely user friendly and there is never a question that goes unanswered, which is what I like most. I feel confident when using TT. Thank you, TurboTax, for any year of great returns! This year my daughter also used TurboTax for the first time!
