Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and it is so easy. I love how it steps me through each part. I opted to use the Deluxe Live because my husband retired and I wanted to talk to someone about a form we received. We spoke to Adel and she showed me the small tweaks I needed to make and looked at the part of the return I was concerned about. Definitely put me at ease in finishing up our return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beware State Refund Fees Having used TurboTax for over 20 years, which means I have faithfully purchased it over 20 times, I find it offensive to be charged for e-filing the "free" state return, and being threatened with a loan shark-type fee if I want to deduct the fee from my refund.
