Rated 2 out of 5 by from Causes More Headaches Than Solutions All of the commercials talk about how nice and easy TurboTax is, but that is only if you are going to pay several hundreds of dollars to have the "experts" do it for you. They also do not provide reasons for charging what they charge. If you are not able to file my return, then what exactly am I paying for? Why do you need certain information? You pay for the service, and then they say "we need to make edits to your return". WHAT?! I paid you, you said it was done. It is confusing and causes more headaches than solutions. I keep coming back, and I think this is the last year of doing so.

I love that I can get my questions answered at the same time as walking me through the process of filing my taxes. After starting a small business, I always go with the LIVE version that includes live help during this process. Super helpful product!
