Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Tried To Make Me Pay To Fix A Bug When you file in your resident state and claim a tax credit for the amount paid to another state you earned in, TurboTax happily tells you that you need to attach the return from the state you paid to. Unfortunately, there seems to be a bug wherein that return is not attached upon filing. I called to get it fixed, and guess what. They kept me on the phone for an hour before asking me to PAY for LIVE to get someone to address a bug. Yes, TurboTax wants you to pay a premium in order to get their own problems addressed. This is insane. I will not be using it in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way Better Than H&R Block This was a joyous process! We received quick and courteous service! Our tax expert was knowledgeable and made us feel like her only client! This entire process is way better than H&R Block!! And the price was very affordable, unlike the several hundreds charged at other places!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LIKE TURBO TAX AND THEIR RATES I LIKED THE EASE OF COMPLETING THE FORMS. I WAS A LITTLE SLOW SINCE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD RECEIVED A 1099-NEC SO I WAS CONFUSSED AS WHAT TO DO WITH IT. CHATS WERE VERY HELPFULL.
