Rated 1 out of 5 by from difficult to get help My return wouldn't transmit electronically. TurboTax kept prompting me to update the software, so I would attempt to update. TurboTax would tell me the software was updated, but it still wouldn't transmit my tax return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2020 TurboTax After a shaky start (7001 - Another copy already running) error and a hard working support person (and some bad advice from her technical help) Removed running versions of turbo tax by using MSCONFIG. From that point things worked perfectly as they have done in previous years.
