Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product Value has declined I have been filing my own taxes with TurboTax for over 15 years at this point and the only trend is value decline. The Software GUI remains above anything else out there but I pay for the fully loaded package, the agents couldn't answer my questions and would not transfer me to a CPA when the time came. Very disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Helpful Site I'd never done my own taxes prior to TurboTax, and now I find it so easy to do them! They are great at pulling info in from other sources to auto fill your taxes, and go through all possible tax scenarios before filing!
