Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX UN-TRUST WORTHY I had an issue with my 1099-R, there is no clear selection for military retirement, when selecting the most common used, many red boxes appear wanting to be filled in that are not on my 1099 so I had to call and get help finding what to select. I found out there was an additional $139 charge for this 5 minute call charged to me. I have never had to call before, but this service is getting to where you cannot navigate the platform as easy any longer. The tactics used by Turbotax in this situation was very third rate, something Taxcut or other online services would have done. I did call to complain, and the person said it was because I had a 1099-R is why I was charged the extra amount, which told me customer service has no clue what they are doing?

I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who has to do there taxes. They always get me the most money I can. Thanks TurboTax.

The first expert gave me the info I needed in a very friendly manner to almost finish but at end I AGI so called and got another expert who spent a very long time with me because my computer was old and slow but he was very patient.
