Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a terrible tax service I understand this year was crazy for taxes but TurboTax needs to change for next year. already struggling as it is hoping this return will help in the slightest way when i get hit with so many blocks saying i have to pay for a more accurate return for said dollar amount. i wait a week to get enough and then they hit me for twice the said amount and nothing about my return changed, no added details or breaks. absolutely nothing changed. do not use this service it is terrible.
