Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a lifesaver for those of us that self I really like the way the program goes through each and every income and expense detail so that nothing is missed. Even though I usually know what I have in these two areas, I go through the detail "in detail" to make sure I do not miss anything. Once the federal and states returns are filed, my confidence is very high that nothing was forgotten or left off inadvertently.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Account Recovery Process I have been using Turbotax since it first came out, great product, meets my requirements. But I use it once a year and I don't remember password. Password recovery for Intuit is very confusing and very frustrating. I hope you make it little bit more User friendly.

Answered my questions, and I was off. The site is simple and quick, and I don't think Turbo overcharges for the service. Perfect, time for a glass of wine
