Rated 3 out of 5 by from A bit more confusing this year I've always used turbo tax but this year they through in some things that didn't sit well with me. I think because the didn't explain it well enough. The my taxes were filed. I wasn't as comfortable with it this year. For their benefit, these were problematic: the early signature for other products, the calculation after earned income credit, the later refund amt after fees but not explained it was federal only (that one really threw me), not moving on after requesting forms to be saved. I had to sign out and log in again. It got stuck, it seems. That's all folks!
