Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is Great I had serious problems understanding why I could not complete the 8962 Form in the software with the rest of my forms; my taxes; my refund could be delayed. I hope Turbotax did the 8962 for me. All else was easy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT a good experience. I have used TurboTax for 5 years, but filing in 2021 was not easy. I had to chat with a rep who told me I needed to contact my company's HR because they had my old IL address on file, even though I told her they DIDN'T. After I identified and fixed the issue myself (without her help), my return went from me owning 1k in state taxes to getting 150+. The live chat feature was not helpful at all and if anything made the process even more confusing and complicated. I would not recommend and I'll probably go to an actual tax expert next year vs. TurboTax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1st time user First time using turbo tax. It is way less expensive and I was super surprised at how easy it was to use and I loved that I had quick help when needed. I felt assured my taxes were done right even though I was doing them myself. It was easy, fast and way better than my previous tax experiences! We will be using again next year for sure!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax on line had issues this year... The depreciation for my rentals did not come forward and I had to manually input. Found out this was a problem in prior years so was sad it was not fixed before. Had problems with buying and financing rentals with getting loan fees included and proper purchase price for depreciation. I have used turbo tax for over 20 years so stuck with all the time it took to get things fixed. I hope next year's product is much better.
